About Tom Ham
Tom Ham, has been training and working alongside Emma Falkner since 2023. He is a qualified Coach and Action Learning Facilitator and is passionate about creating spaces for honest conversations, fresh insight, and meaningful change.
He works across generations, supporting young people at turbulent times especially when faced with difficult decisions. Equally he works with and helps senior management, teams and leaders to help them better understand, engage with, and adapt to the needs of a younger workforce.
He offers:
• Interactive Misogyny Workshops for boys aged 10–16
• Reverse Mentoring Workshops for senior leaders and managers
• 1:1 Coaching for young adults navigating transition and decision-making
• Action Learning Sets for teams and professionals
His workshops are innovative, relevant, and always applicable to the organisation’s needs.
His Coaching is non-directive, empathetic and professional — always with the aim of building understanding, confidence, and connection.
