Team Building Training
Typically, I help leaders:
- Work collaboratively with different organisations
- Determine and solve the leadership group’s immediate problems
- Solve high level, strategic problems
- Take well planned and thought out actions
- Become effective at helping others to problem solve.
Collaborative working facilitation:
- Is an agreed series of facilitated sessions
- Uses action learning and group working techniques
- Costs £500 per half day session for up to 8 people
Leaders need to work collaboratively across their organisation and with others, making the most of integrated resources to deliver the best results.
Collaborative working requires effort, commitment, and an agreed purpose.
However, it can be tough to set up and run effective collaborative integrated partnerships and organisations. Even with the best intentions, many attempts fail.
Using external, objective facilitation, I help leaders come together, effectively collaborate, and deliver successful services.

The achievement of so many senior personnel being comfortable with one another in what can be quite an intensive setting is directly attributable to Emma’s prowess in facilitating the group.
As a group we have benefited greatly from our experiences, and all of us have ended working together in a collaborative way in some form or other.”
Emma has shown an innovative and highly effective approach at engaging with executive officers from a range of organisations, and applying a range of techniques to focus the energy of staff involved towards delivering the outcomes required.
Emma is exceptionally professional and approachable at the same time, quickly putting stakeholders and participants at ease, being open and honest, and responding flexibly to changes in the programme or method of delivery according to feedback from participants.”
