Times of uncertainty are often characterised by circumstances beyond our control.
So, how can leaders lead well during these times? Here are my three best pieces of advice:
- Set up a thorough communication process
- Acknowledge achievements and past successes
- Make sure you’re personally supported
When leaders put all three of these things in place, it allows them to lead from a position of strength.
