Times of uncertainty are often characterised by circumstances beyond our control.

So, how can leaders lead well during these times? Here are my three best pieces of advice:

  1. Set up a thorough communication process
  2. Acknowledge achievements and past successes
  3. Make sure you’re personally supported

When leaders put all three of these things in place, it allows them to lead from a position of strength.
